Singapore’s visitor arrival data clearly highlight the impact of the COVID-19 virus on international travel in recent months. Data released for February 2020 shows a fall in visitor arrivals of 57% over the previous month.

For the month of February 2020 there were just over 732,000 visitor arrivals, down from 1.68 million in January 2020. The number of arrivals from Greater China to Singapore fell by 91% in February to just 36,500.
